MY DAILY ROUTINE

Every day I wake up at 6 am, I get up and make 30 push ups, after I have a bath and so I go out to work.
Usually I go to work riding my bike ,sometimes I go on foot.
I arrive at Rontan at about 7 am. So I have bread and one cup of coffee and milk for breakfast at Rontan's cafeteria.
I go to my office to start the work at 7:20. - Yes! This is the time. - At 12:30 I go to have lunch at Rontan's cafeteria too.
I have rice and beans and several salads plus dish and side dish and dessert.
Also there is a refreshment but I don't drink it.I work until 5:08 pm - did you see that strange timetable? - so I come back home. Every night I have an appointment except on thursday when I stay at home.

The Flag

Since the early days of History, there was a necessity for people to identify themselves with the land they lived and learned to love.
There was a need for a symbol which would differenciate the traditions and customs from one people to the other. In our days, this symbol is highly significant for every nation in the world. The flag is therefore, an item, that is respcted and venerated by all citezens of a country.
The Brazilian flag is one of the most beautiful flags because of the meanings of its colors. The green stands for its green forest and vegetation. The blue stands for the beatiful sky that covers this immense country. The yellow stands for all the minerals including gold and write stands for peace. For every state, there is a star including one for the Federal District of Brasilia.
All Brazilians should love and render the due respect to this marvelous symbol, that is the Brazilian flag.

New Year's Day

On January first americans often visit their relatives, friends and neighbors. Many watch television together enjoing the Tournament of Roses parade preceding the Rose Bowl football game in Pasadena, California. The parade is more than five miles long with thousand of participants in the marching bands. In most countries, people promise inherite the tradition and even write down resolution, most of them are broken or forgotten by february.
